A beautiful splash of colour

The weather in Scotland never ceases to amaze.  It was a beautiful sunny, freezing cold, windy morning when I hung out the washing - great day for drying towels.  An hour later I took this shot with the snow in the background!!  It continued to snow on and off all day, but it didn't lie as the sun came out again as soon as the snow stopped.  I bought some Dahlia Tubers, but I think I'll plant them in pots indoors for the time being.
