In the queue again...

We've been trying to get C's ID sorted for months, nearly 2 years to be precise.  I feel positive today we'll be lucky as we're in the building, her photo has been taken and in a sitting queue, which keeps moving. Is this a uniquely South African way of keeping fit? C and her father came here last month, but forgot all the documents at home. There is a wonderful group of laughing, positive people sitting around us. Besides it could be worse, we could be outside in the wind and drizzle, or in the queue for registering deaths, births and marriages!  Hold thumbs.
