Madrid skyline

On the way back home from Asturias, P and I spent a few hours in Madrid. It was a short stay, but it was much better than spending the time between flights at the airport.
In fact we had time for a nice lunch at Circulo de Bellas Artes - this is the view of Madrid skyline from its roof terrace - and a relaxed visit to two temporary exhibits at the Thyssen Museum.
We ended up our day, before going back to the airport to take our flight back to Granada, by visiting the National Archaeological Museum.

I felt a very cultivated woman yesterday and really exhausted too!
