Greenland for the day

Snow, rain, hailstones, wind…welcome to Spring in Scotland.
 
Well, it has not been a day for photography especially as I had put all my winter clothes away.
 
So it was a case of rummaging around the house and in the process of my de-cluttering (courtesy of Marie Kondos book on de-cluttering which I highly recommend) I came across a boxful of old photos.
 
This  one was taken in Greenland in the 1960s (I was working in Iceland at the time and I had taken a day trip, a flight costing £25, to the island of Kulusuk in Greenland. )
 
Here I am standing on an iceberg. And the hairstyle? Well hairdressers were pretty basic in those days in Reykjavik.
