Wood anemones in the rain

Had a great walk with mrshb70 this morning, mostly uphill! There were super views of the Port of Belfast from the top, but my eyes were drawn to the small things; the quirky things.

The extra is of a water channel we found that seems to have become a tad detached; amazingly the water is still getting from pipe A to pipe B!

The wood anemones were trying to hide their little heads away. I will definitely return on a brighter day when they are ready to face the world full-on!
