New bike bits

Came back and collected parcel. From the local newsagent. Seems that this service is a hassle for him as you have to go into the back of the shop and find your own parcel and then get told all about how difficult it is to release it. Not inspiring to buy something from there. Managed to go out for an 8K run as well. First of the year and not too bad a time. Got the bike ready for the commute to work tomorrow. Here are the new bike bits I have bought to allow the bike fitting to be finished. Just need to find the time to fit them now.
