Another snowy snowy day on the Isle. Until we headed north. About 10 miles past Sligachan and you couldn't imagine there had been any snow. Dry and calm enough for a little CoCoast surveying at Harlosh, then a visit to Talisker (obligatory) and the Oyster Shack (which was doing a roaring trade, and is somewhat more developed than when the Oyster Man started selling to the public a few weeks back - feels like it's lost some of its down-to-earth sparkle, though that's probably just jealousy that everyone else has found him...). Then a ride round the block, a walk down to the harbour, and devouring some stunningly fresh oysters and prawns (or langoustines as they're sold).
Tomorrow we (fingers crossed) take to the water for our last Skye day....
