Oare Marsh

This is on the Swale waterway between the Isle of Sheppey and Faversham. I walked along the sea wall into the worrying cold wind. Lots of birds on the ponds but not much action on the mudflats. The first extra is a mink with a mouthful of prey. The second is Kings Wood high on the North Downs - a sweet Chestnut coppice with bluebells.
