Netty and I went to the Crazy Cow cafe for breakfast. Shen then dropped me off at The Towers for my meeting at NCC. I was finished by 2:30 pm and caught the train to Crewe. I had a ticket for London at 16:56 but I was at Crewe over an hour earlier so I hopped on an earlier train. Luckily the guard didn't ask to see my ticket. As soon as I got home, I had to jump in the car and drive to Richmond to pick up Penny. She's done a 10km D of E practice walk. Her friend Olivia had hurt her foot so I gave her  lift home.
