Only 13 tickets left for the conference and 3 weeks left to go. Lots of loose ends to be tied up. And a bit of a disagreement with Edinburgh castle, of which, the less said the better.

This photo is on my office wall. I saw almost all these guys last week in London or Bristol, with the notable exception of Mark Dalgarno. Maybe I'll see him at XP.
