how shoe cleaning products make business. With trainers so much in use and lovely nubuck and suede there cannot be much call for polish. This jar was bought many years ago it is a marvellous balsam but lasts for ever, its expensive but I will never need another one. I have only seen it at shows/venues and they offer to polish your shoes(assuming you're not wearing trainers). As for the tin, you can still buy these as Mr.T. likes this but you do have to search, and the lids don't come off easily now(or perhaps this is just me!). And yes, I have polished some shoes using both.
