Anemone blanda

Otherwise known as the Balkan anemone or Greek windflower. Not often you see them against the sky as they are only the size of a daisy...but I had some in pots.

Yet another bright and chilly day. Marking a case study and seeing clients. Time to log off soon and enjoy a long weekend. We have friends coming over for supper tomorrow and having bought a cycle carrier for the car, maybe we will get out for a little excursion further afield on the iron horses.
