Has been a very hard working week, from 6.30 to 18.00 most days, 

Happy to get out for a run in the sunshine today. My buddy Guillaume is trying to convince me that the SaintéLyon race is one we should do  next - 72k leaving at midnight on a saturday night in december from St Etienne and arriving in Lyon sometime the next day.  When we running today, we saw a guy wearing a TShirt from last year's race. A sign ?
