Life's a Beach

Having spent every awake hour either working or entertaining work colleagues since last Saturday evening, today was an early getaway to Northumberland for a long weekend. What better way to clear the head than walking on one of the county's wonderful beaches. This one is Warkworth Beach, a great stop off on the way further north.

If only Northumberland had warm weather it would certainly be one of the worlds most popular coastlines. As it is, standing here was freezing cold and we just watched the rain clouds close in.
