Garganey

A very cold day again sun, cloud and showers!  Did housework and then went to nature reserve where I took this blip, so pleased to see it as it is uncommon.  Also saw a re-necked grebe, in extras. Both taken at a distance so not as clear as I would have liked.  Called in to see A  and D on way home and then went out for another long walk this evening which was the best part of the day as the wind had dropped.  Saw a rabbit sitting in the sunshine, whitethroat and lots of birdsong even if I didn't see them all!
