Do I really want to park here?

Arrived at the park and erm walk (OK technically ride, but walking is even more environmentally friendly and free) to find that a large area had been taped off by the police and there was a lone grumpy police man sitting in a police car.

No idea what was going on, googled for news but nothing came up.
