Alone but not alone.......

Some weeks ago this flower was the sole bud on the end of a very dry looking branch of my everlasting bathroom orchid. 

This week the bud has opened and the flower is hanging in all its fragility and beauty. That orchid teaches me SO much! The rest of the plant has many flowers, on another branch. Together they make the whole plant.
