At the lake

The sun shone! However for the last 24 hours S has been laid low with a possibly Ryanair-induced lurgy. He's even stayed in bed; it's unusual for him to be that ill. I ran some errands with his mum in the morning, and in the afternoon while she had a rest I took myself for a walk around the nearby lake. It was a lovely afternoon, but somehow I have rejected all my potential blips of waterbirds, reflections, swan-feeding and the like for these spiky trees. It felt like a mono sort of day. Alternative blip, also not featuring the lake. And yet more flowers.
