She is being made redundant. She is delighted. I am delighted for her. 

Just to mention it, once the Scotsman left the building on the bridges for the purpose built glass and steel place on Holyrood Road they moved on again and the glass and steel purpose built Scotsman building is now occupied by Rockstar North....
