Glen Tilt
We were walking today at Glen Tilt, near Blair Atholl. We started at Fenderbridge, after a morning break at the Pitlochry Theatre cafe, and walked up to Gilbert's Bridge and then down the other side of the river back to the entrance to The Atholl Estates at the castle, seven miles or so. Very nice views of the Beinn A'Ghlo ridge, which brings back great memories of climbing all three of the Munro's on the ridge.
We were so lucky, we had sunshine most of the day, with the odd very short sleety shower which didn't bother us at all.
The walk over we headed back to Pitlochry to the pub, and had a very pleasant hour there.
And home to a M&S £10 meal, what more could one ask for!
Many thanks for the stars and hearts which have put this collage in the Popular pages. I very much appreciate all your comments.
