Musician

I had the pleasure of hearing a group of talented musicians playing this evening - one of whom is a regular Blipper (Igor) . Eight of the Blip Supporter Group met to support the event and started the evening with a delicious curry followed by the concert; the musicians must be exhausted as it was a long session for them.

Light levels were, of course very poor, but I did elbow my way to the front and lurked out of the way to get some shots of the players. Here you have the skilled hands of Igor on his guitar - he's a good singer too.  Not the conventional Blipmeet but great fun.

As it's the last day of National Poetry Month I have made an effort....

Guitars strum, people hum,
Fingers fly, throats dry,
Lights glow, down low,
Voices raised, music praised,
Last song, still strong,
Chords struck - Good Luck!
