Saturday evening in York

What a city centre this is for partying; scores of hen-parties, stag groups, and couples wandering about in their summer clothes. There's a few beautiful people, a few growlers and the rest fall into the 'fairly normal' category.

As I walked along Stonegate I was accosted by a talentless oaf who was attempting to earn a few bob by busking with his guitar. He must be of a shy disposition as he wasn't happy that I had included him in a street shot. After I dished out the usual jaggy-stick, he told me to "go and fuck myself with that stupid little camera" - I'm not at all sure that is employed by the local tourist board.
