Oh For a Birdie

I got a call from a friend last night asking if I would play play at the Captain's Day Competition at the Golf Club today. I agreed and turned up to find more golfers there than expected. Despite being given the maximum handicap, I played like an eejit and had my worst round of the season. I won very few points and even after taking off my handicap had few pars, far less a wee birdie!

Came home quite depressed and, as I had work to do in the garden in the afternoon, I took a few quick blips of the birds in the garden. This Chaffinch was the nearest I got to a decent birdie all day!
