A lovely day

inviting to go for a walk, 18 degrees C and a warm wind. The area near the river is really green and lush this year as we had a lot more rain than in other springs. In the background you see some high trees. These are cottonwoods. Their leaves are very similar to those of poplars but their general shape is totally different. In the extra I will put a picture showing now the little green fruits that have so quickly developed after the trees were blooming. In 5 or 6 weeks they will burst open and show their cotton balls. The area will be white with these cotton seeds....
