Big Oak

This is tree is in the area of the private pier and dock of a gated neighborhood on the NC-SC border.  It  is called Big Landing.  We went there for a community yard sale and found that our former neighbors in our current neighborhood live next door to my wife's eye doctor and his wife who was our neighbor for 14 years when she was growing up.  The boat in the extra is know as the Casino Boat.  you can see their phone number on the side ends in LUCK.  The boat was on its way via the
Intracoastal Waterway to the ocean where once beyond a certain distance from shore can offer casino games.  The trip is about 4 hours.  You can get a little perspective on the size of the casino boat by noticing the people on the deck on the bow and the folks along the railing on the stern.
