There are still quite a few bees around enjoying the last of the flowers and the balmy days.

Autumn is going to hurt when it finally gives way to Winter - we have had such a long warm dry season. Not that I am complaining.

The tuis are back and have frolicked in the trees and sung all day. I have put one in the extras. It looks like I should top up the sugar water before they drink it dry.
