....and perfect footwear for the Forester to deal with a hangi.
V1k1 and The Forester invited us to a hangi this afternoon to celebrate their daughter completing her first marathon (huge congrats to Bec's).

The Forester has become quite an expert in this method of cooking and this afternoon's hangi was superb. There was pork, lamb, duck, chicken and goose as well as cabbage, potato, kumara and pumpkin. A real feast, thanks so much for the invitation!!!
