'100 Objects...

...That Changed the World' from the British Museum is currently showing at the Museum of WA. In fact it is the ONLY thing that is showing at The Museum as the place is getting a serious facelift that...rumour has it...will take 4 years?? Surely not.

I stumbled across the exhibition some time ago on the Beeb's Radio 4 where EACH of the 100 objects had a 15 minute podcast by the BM curator of the show.
Intriguing and what a thrill to have all 100 objects here in Perth so today we (including an initially reluctant junior) headed city wise to be  bedazzled by these 100 objects.

A fellow visitor hauled out her smart phone...and guess what?? Not among the 100 objects...to be debated no doubt.
