Haymaking

We took a break from house shifting this afternoon and went to Greenbank Gardens where we took some lovely flower pictures but I always seem to be blipping flowers...

Afterwards we watched somewhat awestruck the wonders of modern haymaking. Three tractors with trailers whizzed back and forward between the farmyard and the field. We timed that it took 2.5 minutes to fill one of those trailers and it couldn't have taken them much more than half an hour to clear the field.
