Yes Chef!

In the kitchen on a Sunday, just the way I like it!
I am the default house chef due to my previous career in the restaurant and hotel business as varied ranks of chefs/managers....
Great weekend with the family, although I hate working away I love the quality time we get at the weekend!
I have resisted tasting too much today, I think going to the gym again is having good mental impact as well as physical!
Monday tomorrow, more family and friends time, what better?
