Park life.....

Took L to gymnastics this morning and as usual took the opportunity to catch up on some work.

After that we all went into the Gyle for lunch and some shopping before L and I went to the park to play football.

NRG late afternoon for L meant a gym session for me.

Ten pin bowling tonight after dinner.
