Go Lizzie!

We headed over to mum and dad's yesterday evening to watch the Tour de Yorkshire heading past their front door. 

It was absolutely magnificent!  

The women's race all the better for having a break out group with Lizzie taking the lead on this very last run into Doncaster.  Kirsten Wild, the winner, not yet to be seen here! Shame our local girl didn't quite make it but she wasn't half putting in some effort.  We were all gutted about the coverage going down and felt for all the towns and villages that had put on such a fine show for the occasion.   We lost count of how many times we brought it up but at least we had pole position viewing outside!

BIG pasta tea.  Maybe Plan A tomorrow?
