Derelict Sunday: Clootie Well??

A "clootie" or "cloot" is a strip of cloth or rag, clootie wells are wells or springs, almost always with a tree growing beside them, with an assortment rags tied to the branches of the surrounding trees. Traditionally, if you are ill you tie a piece of cloth belonging to you onto the tree after dipping it in the water of the well.
It kinda fits the bill for DS challenge, despite lots of new rags, there are some really old rags decaying into dust too ☺
