Out in the sun!

What a glorious start to the month of May - we had sun and slightly lighter winds. This made for a great Sunday! The morning spent in the garden of our Goedereede 'retreat'. We had lunch under the cherry tree, which in full bloom is attracting so many (bumble)bees that it feels like the whole tree is buzzing.
In the afternoon we cycled to one of the many protected nature areas for a walk in the sun. We spotted so many butterflies and frogs here. Of course Abbie was not with us as she was slept at her friends house after school rock and she has been keeping herself busy with school projects today. So we only had one teenager with us on the walk...
