Pooped

80.4 kms to North Berwick (the easy bit) and back (into a headwind...). Sadly Map My Hike lost the track, so you'll have to take my word for it.

A very satisfying day, but various parts of my anatomy are now feeling quite delicate. This was the only photograph I took with the camera today, although I took a few with the phone.
