Family values family

We started the day with a fabulous home cooked breakfast thanks to Daddy. Then while he collected the two sleep outs, we got washed and dressed

R&P got home at 10.30am and looked like they were ready to go back to bed. They had had a great time staying at their friends house; disco dancing, late night snacks and lots of laughing. The type of fun times that they'll remember for a long time to come.

We then went out to Burbage Common with our friends. The girls had a great time playing together, walking amongst the Bluebells and chasing Kylo through the trees. I took it slow and gently through the walk, making sure not to slip or hurt myself.

We got home and then went to visit Nanny Choochie-face. Me and the girls plays top trumps, while Daddy & Nanny talked and watched the snooker.

We got home, sorted the washing and then watched Maleficent while Daddy cooked a bootiful turkey roast.

Getting the little ones to eat their dinner and up to bed was quite an emotional roller-coaster due to over-tired little ladies. Nevertheless, 2 mins in bed and they were all fast asleep.

I've had an evening of chatting, eating popcorn and chocolate and sewing on name-tags, while Dicko has played computer games with his mate.

A fabulous day of valuing family time together and making memories.

P.S. 19 sleeps till I see my Daddy :)
