Forgiving a word or two of it's 1930's lyrics, the song is a fantastically and uniquely British way of celebrating a sunny day, that slight craziness that comes over we Brits when our (usually) 2 week summer sunshine begins.
Certainly felt like the starting flag for summer had dropped today, as Scarborough seafront was buzzing for the first time this year.
