The Great Storm

It was a terrific storm that the North East of England experienced tonight ... I was driving in it and it wasn't pleasant. Driving along flooded roads I couldn't help but think how lucky I was that it only took me two hours to get home and I certainly wouldn't have made it if I'd still had my little MG.

There's a lot of clearing up for some people now and I hope that there's not too much damage to their homes and if so that the insurance companies pay up very soon!
