Yes, I think he may be thinking that this is a good place to be. He spent a good night and has been very well behaved at home.
I have discovered that walking on a lead is not his forte - yet, and that he likes being in a car but doesn't like traffic passing us on the main road when we are on the pavement. He would chase the cars if off the lead.
Both these problems will have to have serious worktime spent on them.
However he is young and should learn quickly.
