Things that go bump

I was inspired by Shugs. She posted photos of ballooning as I was scratching my head for a b'day gift for K. Perfect. A lovely morning and a peaceful ride across the eastern outskirts of the city. This photo was taken as the balloon was inflated, but the landing was much the same as we bounced once, then dragged 20 or 30 yards. Words you don't necessarily want to hear from your pilot: "we're coming in hot". What a blast!!
