Beautiful moat

We are briefly in Guildford spending a precious few hours with Becky who is in the country for an interview. We met at Kings Cross and took the train here, dropping bags at the hotel and spending the afternoon exploring the town. These creatively planned flower beds are in the moat of Guildford Castle, thought to have been built in the time of William the Conqueror, and are very lovely.
