Raincoats and Roundabouts

Busy day today, starting with serving up the Neighbourhood Plan display in the village hall, while all about me the Village Fete was being assembled, with roundabouts, climbing walls and marquees. Not really the day for outdoor fun, and it was also the RHS National Garden Scheme open day, with several gardens open to the public. And we had Janet's father and his partner over for lunch too! The rain didn't put everyone off, and we walked around after lunch taking in the air and the flowers. These stood out for their purple perfection.
