Celebratory beer

A 4.30am start to take the relay team to Milngavie, Glasgow for the start of the Highland Fling Race (53miles from Glasgow to Tyndrum). Then drove to Drymen, Rowardennan, and Beinglas to drop/collect runners and cheer on those running the full thing. And then on to Tyndrum and the finish to welcome in many very tired runners. It was a fantastic atmosphere. Such camaraderie and joy in the event. The weather was perfect, for both watchers and participants. A top day out in the mountains! Maybe next year I'll either volunteer to be a Marshall or be in a relay team! Back home at 11pm... Absolutely shattered!
