Odder and odder

Back to work today - and yes, they've done it again. More weird juxtapositions of adverts. No idea what the one on the right is about but it does seem to talk to the other one. Do you think someone is trying to make a point that if you drink too much Coke you look like the person on the right?!!! Glad to see someone has a sense of humour - or is seriously unhinged.
