Today in the garden

This is my story of the cat and the birds....... we had a nice array of small garden birds at the feeders, and I was enjoying watching them..... when all of a sudden they cleared away and the garden was quiet.......

Then I saw next door's cat lurking...... he tries so hard, but thankfully the birds seem to have his measure and he never makes a kill!

Sunshine and showers today again, but mostly sunshine.
