Disbelief

are you being completely honest with me? I'm to believe that all those tasty nuts are gone, now really, miss, are you quite sure?"

Disbelief on the home sale front as well! We had an offer yesterday afternoon after only 5 days on the market and just one open house. A young woman(not the couple with the carpenter) has made an offer that we expect to accept this afternoon at 2. We're thrilled and amazed. Now comes the process of home inspection, paperwork, and many things that can make deals work brilliantly or fall through. Fingers crossed and thanks for all the good wishes, keep them up, please!

This day came in dark, damp and dismal, rainy and raw as well. This weather pattern seems stuck, but we do need rain.
