Palm Walk

There are 111 of these Mexican Palm Fan trees at ASU that were planted 100 years ago.  Last year one was torn out by a terrific micro-burst storm that tore out over 100 trees on campus.  Apparently they are at their full life-expectancy and may have to replaced in the next several years.  They sure are built for sway and it's amazing more have not been lost over the years.
