Busy day.....

Last Friday I had a specialist appointment regarding a possible sleep disorder. I had a shock when he told me I have severe sleep apnoea! Seemingly I stop breathing for some seconds 60 times an hour every night! This may have been happening for a long time as I am always tired but try not to give up and push myself to keep going! I am being fitted with a mask to wear at night this Thursday. I will have to wear it possibly for the rest of my life! I should feel so much better when I get a proper nights sleep. I am unable to drive until they know the mask is working so decided to pressure clean today. I love doing this job. The garden looks better for it! My blips won't be so easy for a couple of weeks as I won't be venturing out unless someone takes me!
