I want to go swimming

We decided to have a day at the gite today as the weather was supposed to be good. They were mistaken as it was cloudy, cold and drizzly. However we had promised O that she could swim in the pool today so we waited and waited for the sun to break through. When that didn't happen and it started to rain we decided to let her go in anyway. It was absolutely freezing and she was the only one daft brave enough to venture in, although she did have a couple of frogs for company!
