It's that dog again. Looking good though.
Another long day with too much to do. Fortunately I followed G's advice and joined the guys for a run. We tried a bit of muscular core enforcement today ( rough translation of the french term which I can't quite remember), but consisted of warm up and then 30 seconds of sitting against a wall and then 30 seconds sprinting up a hill, descend and repeat. We did 2 times 6. For the last few, the head was willing but the legs were protesting some..
Cows in the field next to the hill joined us for one sprint!
